Technological Upgrading of Coal Mine pumping Room Monitoring System

摘要:

本文调研发现了演马矿泵房主排水设备监控系统存在3点不足之处,进行了针对性的技术改造。首先,通过分析主排水设备效率计算方法,设计了监控系统应具有的监测点和控制点,然后,阐述了监控系统避峰填谷、轮换和高效运行的新型控制策略,最后介绍了系统的组成结构和功能。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the three shortcomings and the corresponding technological upgrading of the main pumping equipment of the pumping room monitoring system at the Yima coal mine. First of all, through the analysis of the calculation method of efficiency, and the monitoring and controlling points of the monitoring system are designed based on that. Then this paper discusses the new control strategy of peak valley, rotation, and efficient operation of the monitoring system. Finally, the structure and function of the system is introduced.
